Short answer: no.
I've spoken to a handful of virtual care startups stuck in the limbo of waiting for LegitScript certification in order to start marketing online. Its painful to wait for an unspecified amount of time, but as far as I know there is no way of speeding up the process beyond being responsive when they ask for information.
While waiting you can still grow your business via channels that don't require LegitScript certification. It is a good time to start organic search investment, partnerships with smaller websites, and healthcare referral relationships.
